Terms
Terms of service
The terms on which FLOFUM, S.L., trading as Zespar, sells kitchen appliances and on which you may use this website.
Last updated 11 September 2026The short version. This website takes no money. You ask about an appliance, we reply with a total, and the courier collects that amount in cash at your door. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind and two years of conformity cover. Nothing below takes away a right you hold as a consumer.
1. Who you are dealing with
zespar.com is operated by FLOFUM, S.L., incorporated in Spain, tax identification number (CIF) B75621250, registered office Calle Parcerisa 13, Local 1, 08014 Barcelona, Spain. Zespar is the trading name it sells under, and "we" below means FLOFUM, S.L. Write to support@zespar.com.
2. What these terms cover
They govern your use of this website and any sale we agree with you: electric pressure cookers, food slicers, instant hot water taps, popcorn makers, wine opener sets and their accessories, however you contact us. We sell to private individuals buying for their own households, so the 14 day withdrawal right below does not extend to trade buyers. Say so when you first write in if the purchase is for a business. Sending an enquiry is also a confirmation that you have reached the age of majority where you live.
3. The website is an invitation, not an offer
Prices and descriptions on these pages are an invitation to treat. Sending an enquiry is not an order and creates no contract. A contract forms only when we reply confirming the appliance, the total and the delivery address, and you confirm that you want it on those terms.
We may decline an enquiry without giving a reason, and will do so where an appliance has gone out of stock, where a carrier will not run cash on delivery to the address, or where the details given do not look genuine.
4. Prices and what you actually pay
Prices shown are in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. The figure quoted in our confirmation includes the delivery charge and is the single amount the courier will collect. Nothing is added at the door.
If an appliance is listed at a price that is obviously wrong, we will tell you before the order is confirmed and you are free to walk away. Once a total is confirmed it does not change.
5. Payment
Cash on delivery is the only payment method available. We hold no card terminal, no payment gateway and no facility for bank transfers, so cards, PayPal, transfers and payment links cannot be accepted at any stage.
| Method | Accepted | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Cash to the courier | Yes | The only route this business operates |
| Credit or debit card | No | No terminal and no gateway exist |
| Bank transfer | No | Not offered, including for deposits |
| PayPal or a payment link | No | Not offered; treat any such request as fraud |
Nobody acting for us will ever ask you for card details or an advance payment. If someone does, they are not from Zespar.
6. Delivery
We deliver to street addresses in the twenty-seven EU member states. Timings, island surcharges, failed attempts and damage reporting are set out in the delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is handed over and paid for.
7. Your right to withdraw
You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and have a further 14 days to return the appliance. Return carriage on a change of mind is yours. The procedure, the condition expected, and how a cash order is refunded are in the returns policy, which also forms part of these terms.
8. Conformity and warranty
Every appliance carries two years of statutory conformity cover from the delivery date under Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in Spanish law. During the first year a fault is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we show otherwise. This sits alongside the withdrawal right rather than replacing it, and neither is affected by anything else in these terms.
9. Using this website
You may read these pages, print them and keep a copy for your own use. You may not scrape the site, attempt to interfere with it, submit automated enquiries, or use the contact form for anything other than a genuine enquiry. The honeypot field on that form exists precisely to discard automated submissions.
10. Intellectual property
The text, layout, photographs and code on this site belong to FLOFUM, S.L. or are used with permission. Product names belonging to third parties remain theirs and are used only to identify the goods. Nothing here grants you a licence to reuse the material commercially.
11. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for business losses, since we sell to consumers.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by this section.
12. Complaints
Bring a complaint to us first. Email support@zespar.com with your order reference and what went wrong. We acknowledge within two working days and answer within 14 days, saying so if a matter needs longer.
13. Settling a dispute out of court
If we cannot resolve something between us, you can take it to the consumer protection authority or arbitration board in your own country. For a cross-border purchase, the European Consumer Centre in your country will advise and can act as an intermediary at no charge.
We do not belong to any private arbitration scheme. Note that the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, which older policies often point to, stopped accepting complaints in 2025 and no longer operates, so the routes above are the current ones.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there. Nothing in this section removes that.
15. Changes
We revise this page as the business changes. The version that governs your purchase is the one published on the day your order was confirmed, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last moved.
