Two ways in
Zespar is the trading name of FLOFUM, S.L. Both routes below land with the same people, so use whichever suits the question.
Best for anything with a measurement, a photograph or an order reference attached. If you are asking whether the hot tap fits your sink, a picture of the existing cut-out answers it faster than a paragraph.
Expect an answer inside a working day in the normal run of things. Weekends and Spanish public holidays add a day to that.

Post and formal notices reach us here. It is an office rather than a shop, so please do not travel out to collect an appliance in person.
Returns do not come to this address by default. Write first and we will confirm where your parcel should go.
Nobody from Zespar will ever ask you for card details, a bank transfer or a deposit before delivery. There is no mechanism here to take one. Treat any message that does as fraudulent, and tell us so we can warn the next person.
