We confirm the total
Someone replies, usually inside one working day, to check the item is on the shelf and to read out the exact figure the driver will collect.
Pay on the doorstep
It ships with a tracking reference. Open the box while the driver waits, and if it is what was agreed, hand over the cash there and then.

There is no card machine in this business and no gateway behind the website, which is why a card simply cannot be charged here even by mistake.
